Shipping policy
We currently deliver to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States, and Vatican City.
Orders are shipped via our trusted carriers (UPS, DHL, or local partners depending on the destination).
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your parcel is shipped you will receive an e-mail with your tracking information.
Express shipping is available in the US within 24 business hours for an order placed before 11AM.
- France : 2 to 4 working days with Colissimo
- Europe : 3 to 7 working days with Chronopost or DHL
- United Kingdom : 3 to 6 working days with Royal Mail
- United States : 2 working days via FedEx, or overnight shipping for $30
- Canada : 3 to 6 working days with FedEx
Kindly note that these estimates apply to orders placed before 12:00 PM.
We do not offer delivery in pick up points or in-store pick up.
